Alan specializes in full service commercial retail/ office leasing and sales of investment-grade properties in the Bay Area. Alan has represented various landlords in leasing from 10,000 square foot office space to 120,000 square foot multi-tenant grocery anchored shopping center. He also represented tenants of all sizes in acquiring new or expansion/relocation spaces from local businesses to national franchises. In Addition to sales and leasing, Alan also has years of property management and marketing experience in Real Estate. Prior to GD Commercial, Alan worked in Corporate Sales for Starwood Hotel and Resort and for Meacham Oppenheimer, Inc., a regional commercial real estate firm, here in Silicon Valley. Alan has a B.S. in Business Management from San Francisco State University.
